WOODBURY – The violent felon from New York City who was on the loose in Orange County, was shot and killed by a state trooper in the Highland Mills area Wednesday afternoon. Ali Ali had crashed a stolen vehicle on the Thruway when it crashed and burst into flames. Ali fled into the woods where he was spotted on a camera video in a wooded area.
