MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) – An NYPD officer was arrested in Manhattan early Thursday morning, according to authorities.
Eli Garcia, 50, was taken into custody around 2 a.m.
He was charged with DWI, DWAI and refusal to take a breath test.
