Matthew Cheung is creating quite a stir at his family’s ramen restaurants in Westfield and Millburn. After taking on increasing responsibility at Sum Ramen over the past few years, the 17-year-old is now running the back of the house on weekends. The self-taught cook has also been instrumental in shaping seasonal dishes for the menu.
