Waterloo, N.Y. (WHAM) — For years now, we’ve covered the plea from long-term care facilities seeking more Medicaid funding from New York state.
Seneca Nursing & Rehabilitation in Waterloo has had one-third of its beds offline because of funding and staffing issues since prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
