Heroism by both children and first responders helped save four young girls during a brutal stabbing attack inside a Brooklyn apartment on Sunday, NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said.
Tisch said the initial 911 call came from an 11-year-old girl, who told dispatchers she and her siblings had been stabbed by their uncle.
