Elderly man found with gunshot wound to the head in Brooklyn Bridge Park after apparent suicide attempt

A 64-year-old man is clinging to life after shooting himself in the head in an apparent suicide attempt at Brooklyn Bridge Park early Easter Sunday morning, police said.

Cops responded to a 911 call at the picturesque park shortly before 6:40 a.m. to find the unidentified man unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head, an NYPD spokesperson said.
