A 10-year-old girl was found unharmed Monday, police said, after she disappeared with a man at Newport Centre Mall in Jersey City on Thursday.
Investigators said a citizen’s tip led them to the Salem-Lafayette apartment complex around 1 p.m. where they safely located Divine Anyanwu.
