Hoboken Police Department swears in 5 new recruits at City Hall ceremony

The Hoboken Police Department swore in five new recruits at a City Hall ceremony this afternoon, bringing the local law enforcement agency up to 141 officers.

“No matter how many swearing-in ceremonies I attend, I continue to be impressed by the caliber of officers joining the Hoboken Police Department. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to this new class of officers and my sincere thanks to their families for the support,” Mayor Ravi Bhalla said in a statement.

The new officers include Ryan Capogna, William A. Vera, Michael R. Miranda, Adrian M. Comayagua, and Thomas Graziano Jr., all recent graduates of the Hudson County Police Academy.
