The Hoboken Police Department is investigating an incident where a woman appeared to jump to her death from a parking garage in the 2nd Ward.
“At approximately 5 p.m., Hoboken police and city EMS/Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded to the area of 15th and Bloomfield Streets on reports of an individual who jumped from the roof of a nearby parking garage,” the Hoboken PD said in a statement.
“Unfortunately, the individual succumbed to their injuries. An investigation is underway. Anyone with information is asked to call Hoboken Police Department at 201-420-2100.
