EAST NEW YORK — LESCHEA ALDRIDGE, 25, was arrested Tuesday at 7:20 p.m. for the July 1 assault on MTA employee Marshalee Reid, 51, at the New Lots 3 train station in East New York, according to police. Charged with attempted assault, assault, theft of services, endangering a child, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, Aldridge allegedly joined Ayizhae Thomas, 24, arrested July 15, in beating Reid after jumping the turnstile. Reid was punched multiple times on the face and body and hit with a set of keys, causing minor lacerations. EMS transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.
