Legionella bacteria found at FDNY EMS station in Harlem

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Legionella bacteria was found at an FDNY Emergency Medical Service station in Harlem. The testing was done by the Uniformed Emergency Medical Services Officers Union Local 3621, which made the announcement on Thursday.

The bacterium was found at EMS Station No. 16, located within Harlem Hospital.
