Police: Woman busted for credit card theft, hindering apprehension at Secaucus Best Buy

A New York woman was busted for credit card theft and hindering apprehension at the Best Buy in Secaucus over the weekend, Police Chief Dennis Miller announced.

On Saturday, September 13th at 3:55 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Best Buy, located at 3 Millcreek Drive, on a report of possible identity theft, Miller said in a statement.

Virmary Baez, 37 of New York, New York, was arrested and charged with four counts of identity theft, four counts of possession of false government documents, four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, three counts of theft by deception, criminal attempt to commit theft by deception, hindering apprehension for providing false information to the police, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Oxycodone)…
