A woman was fatally shot inside the Harborview Terrace public housing complex early Sunday morning, police said.
Officers responded around 12:45am to the NYCHA development on W55th Street between 10th and 11th Avenue, where they found the victim with a gunshot wound to the head. Medics took her to Mount Sinai West, where she was pronounced dead.
