Man accused of $65K liquor heist in Pennsylvania

(WBRE/WYOU) — A New York man has been charged with an identity theft scheme where he allegedly placed more than 200 orders for expensive liquor in numerous Pennsylvania counties.

Attorney General Dave Sunday and the Pennsylvania State Police stated that 26-year-old Eugene Antwi of Brooklyn has been charged with an alleged identity theft scheme.

Investigators stated Antwi used falsified identities and stolen credit and debit cards to place more than 200 online orders, totaling more than $65,000. Antwi then picked up the orders at stores in 21 PA counties, as stated in the release.
