NEW YORK (PIX11) — New York City Housing Connect has opened an affordable housing lottery where rent is available for as little as $486.
Willets Point Commons, located just down the street from Citi Field and the future NYCFC stadium, has over 740 apartments up for grabs.

The brand new complex on 39th Avenue has 46 units with rent under $620. There are 14 studio apartments available for households making a minimum of $20,469 annually, where the monthly rent is only $486. The maximum annual salary for a two-person household is $38,880 to qualify for that rent.
There are over 120 units in the lottery with rent between $617 and $882 per month for qualified households…
