Naim Andrews is charged with murder in the first degree in the fatal shooting of Namir Bynum, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens II and Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. said.
Surveillance video shows Andrews and Osayuwamen Iyamu, a 20-year-old Newark resident, attacking Bynum at the recording studio at 790 Clinton Ave., authorities said. Bynum was shot by Andrews, authorities said.
