Disturbing video captured a driver dragging two dogs through New York City streets.
The German shepherd and pitbull struggled to keep up as they were yanked by their leashes that was attached to a Volkswagen Passat driving in Long Island City, Queens, near the Pulaski Bridge to Brooklyn.
