Weehawken family ups reward to $20k for any info on missing 20-year-old son

A Weehawken family has increased there reward from $5,000 to $20,000 for any information on their missing 20-year-old son, who has been missing for about a month-and-a-half.

“We are grateful to law enforcement for their assistance, especially the Weehawken Police Department and our friends and neighbors for all the help they have provided and continue to provide to us,” Emilio’s father, Ilde Acosta, said in a statement.

“We know he could potentially be with someone, we just want to know he’s okay and alive. The unknown is heart breaking! Emilio is a great young man, it’s agonizing not to know where he is!”

The 20-year old was last seen on surveillance camera footage at a gas station in Secaucus on December 18th. Law enforcement and friends and family have been searching for him ever since…
