JERSEY CITY, N.J. (PIX11) — After holding themselves accountable for a slow start to snow removal, Jersey City is holding others accountable, too.
The City says hundreds of tickets were issued last week to violators who did not properly clear snow and ice from their sidewalks. The City says the violators were mostly a mix of landlords, private homeowners, and businesses.
