New Jersey has released a plan to transform an abandoned rail corridor into a nine-mile greenway that will connect eight towns across Essex and Hudson counties.
The greenway will traverse Jersey City, Secaucus, Kearny, Newark, Belleville, Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, and Montclair.
