Watertown High School students stuck in New York amid historic blizzard

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Fifteen Watertown High School students and their teachers are stuck in New York City after a blizzard prompted a state travel ban.

The school’s AP art history class traveled to New York City on a field trip. Their flight back to Wisconsin was canceled Saturday night.

“We were all a little nervous about where we’re going to stay, how long we’re going to have to stay extra for,” Ella Mock, a Watertown High School senior said.
