A woman has been indicted by a New Jersey state grand jury in the theft of more than $86,000 through an elaborate debit card scheme.
Ibelis Gonzalez, 46, of Jersey City, was indicted on the charges of second-degree theft by deception and theft of identity, as well as a third-degree offense involving false government documents, the state Attorney General’s Office said in a statement on Tuesday.
