OGDENSBURG, New York (WWNY) – Ogdensburg police arrested two Chinese nationals Thursday for allegedly scamming an elderly woman out of $50,000.
Chun Yan, 42, of Brooklyn, and Cunjian Chen, 46, of Flushing, New York, were charged with grand larceny, attempted grand larceny and conspiracy.
