Fresh renderings reveal a striking new addition set to reshape New York City’s skyline, with an 860‑foot residential tower rising on Fifth Avenue and positioning itself alongside the city’s supertall luxury corridor often referred to as Billionaire’s Row.

Newly released images show 262 Fifth Avenue, a 52‑story tower located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 29th Street in NoMad, which developers say will become the tallest all‑residential building on Fifth Avenue once completed.
