The Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s New Jersey chapter returned last week to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey in Hillside, allowing industry leaders to volunteer in support of the state’s largest anti-hunger and anti-poverty organization.
According to CREDA NJ, nearly 90 people took part in the association’s annual Community Action Food Drive & Volunteer Day. That included a morning shift in which participants packed 1,080 USDA Summer Food Service Program meal kits, along with 420 boxes for seniors, and an afternoon shift in which they packed 1,746 bags of pasta and prepared 360 pounds of chicken…
