On Thursday, Sep. 10, 2026 at approximately 9:16 a.m., Lt. Richard Holicki was on patrol in the area of Clay Avenue and Wall Street West, when he observed a white freightliner tractor bearing a temporary New Jersey registration with an expiration of Aug. 12, 2026. A motor vehicle stop was conducted in the area of Valley Brook and Clay avenues, where the operator, Quadeer Wilson, 39, of Matawan, was confirmed to have a no-bail warrant out of Passaic County.
