Six individuals are facing charges following a daytime shooting in Bayonne on Wednesday that ended with multiple arrests and three guns taken off the street.
Bayonne police officers responded to West 23rd Street and Church Lane around 4:15 p.m. on Sept. 23 following reports of gunfire. At the scene, officers found evidence of a crime scene and recovered three spent shell casings.
Shortly after, police were notified that an 18-year-old Bayonne resident, Joseph Pilovsky, had arrived at RWJBarnabas Health – Bayonne with a gunshot wound to the leg. Pilovsky was treated and reported to be in stable condition…
