Four Newark men were arrested after a stolen BMW fled police and became disabled on Route 78, authorities said.
Warren Township police received an automated license plate reader alert for a stolen BMW X3 around 2 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, Warren Township Police Chief Robert W. Ferreiro said.
