N.J. renters get a first look at 53-story luxury apartment tower built for life above the skyline

The first look at 505 Summit is finally here: Jersey City’s newest luxury tower is pulling back the curtain on a rooftop pool, skyline views and an expansive collection of resident amenities.

Newly released photos offer the first detailed look inside and outside a newly completed 53-story luxury rental tower that has become one of the tallest additions to the Journal Square neighborhood.

Developer Panepinto Properties Thursday unveiled the amenity collection at the high-rise.

The first look also showcases a mix of social, wellness, recreational and work-from-home spaces designed to serve residents of the building’s 605 apartments.

The indoor amenities, designed by New York-based HLW International, include a lobby lounge, a resident lounge, a game room, a karaoke lounge, co-working areas, a children’s playroom, a communal pantry, a pet spa, and a multi-sport simulator.
