BLOOMFIELD, NJ – After spending several nights with new friends at the Bloomfield Animal Shelter, this happy girl has been claimed by her owner.
Found in Nutley’s Yantacaw Park on Sunday night, she apparently escaped and took a long walk.
Over the years, we’ve reported several similar stories. Dogs get lost and follow the Third River, the PSEG right of way, or other path.
After a few days in the care of shelter volunteers, she’s home.
