Two people from Brooklyn are facing charges in Atlantic City after they allegedly refused to pay a cab driver and then threatened him with a pocket knife. The scene unfolded around 7:15 Monday night when officers with the Atlantic City Police Department were called to the beach block of Arkansas Avenue for a report of a physical altercation.
