Report: Family of NYC woman killed in FDR Drive hit-run blame construction signs

Family of a woman killed in a hit-and-run in Manhattan say construction signs are to blame, the Daily News reported. Mary Rowell, 31, was gathering with friends and family in East River Park near Houston Street around 12:15 a.m. on Saturday when she decided to leave. She was struck on FDR Drive.
