NEWARK, N.J. — After police shot two people on a city block that has Newark Police Headquarters on one end and another police facility on the other, many questions remain, half a day later.
The double shooting happened at around 10:20 p.m. on Thursday on Hunterdon Street, between Clinton Avenue and West Bigelow Street.

The Newark Police Dept. Headquarters is at the corner of Clinton Ave. and Hunterdon. It has another facility at the end of the block, at Bigelow and Hunterdon Streets.
