An Appellate Court has denied a new trial for a former New York City police officer who was found guilty of killing his ex-girlfriend with a machete outside her Bergen County home in 2015.
Arthur Lomando was tried for the killing of Suzanne Bardzell in 2019 and was sentenced to life in prison after a jury found him guilty of stabbing her over 30 times with a machete.
