Student accused of stabbing boy, 14, in New Jersey school: police

WAYNE, N.J. (PIX11) — A 14-year-old boy was stabbed in the chest during a fight with another student in a New Jersey school on Monday, police said.

Rayshawn Christian, 18, allegedly attacked the boy in the cafeteria at Lakeview Learning Center on Van Duyne Avenue in Wayne at around 12:40 p.m., according to police.

The victim was bleeding heavily from the chest and had to be rushed to the hospital for surgery, authorities said. The teen’s condition was unclear on Tuesday.

Officers arrested Christian at the school and found the knife believed to have been used in the attack, according to the Wayne Township Police Department…
