N.J. man was driving drunk in fatal hit-and-run crash

A Newark man is facing vehicular homicide charges after investigators determined he was driving drunk when he struck two women, killing one of them, in the city Monday.

Segundo Carlos Bunay, 33, was driving a work van when he hit the women around 9 p.m. outside George Washington Carver Elementary School in the 300 block of Clinton Place and fled, authorities said.
