NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – Two young men have been charged in the shooting of an off-duty Customs and Border Patrol Officer in Manhattan, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said.
Christhian Aybar, 22, and Miguel Mora, 21, allegedly shot the off-duty officer in the face after a robbery spree at Fort Washington Park on July 19, prosecutors said.
