BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11)— A wave of gun violence continues to shake the Bronx, with three people wounded in a shooting late Friday night in the Fordham section of the borough.

The attack comes just days after Mayor Eric Adams announced a massive police mobilization in response to a sharp rise in shootings.

Police say gunfire erupted Friday evening, striking three victims:

  • A 17-year-old who was shot in the ankle and thigh
  • A 20-year-old was hit in the knee
  • A 28-year-old man was grazed in the head
