STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) — A Staten Island mother says every time she walks down her hallway, it’s a reminder of the day her one-year-old baby girl was thrown away like trash.
The baby survived being tossed down the garbage chute in her apartment building. While she is still recovering, her mother is desperately trying to move out of the building.
