Two people killed in an early morning crash on Route 17 have been identified, according to New York State Police and WICZ.
Investigators say 45-year-old Frank J. Dempaire of Reading, PA, and 45-year-old Elize Carlos of Newark, NJ, died when a tractor-trailer rear-ended their car around 4:30 a.m. Monday in the town of Nichols.
