NJ dad detained after allegedly threatening children at school

NEWARK, N.J. (PIX11) – A Newark elementary school was temporarily on lockdown Thursday after a man allegedly made threatening remarks to children outside of the school, according to the Newark Public Safety director.

Officers responded to a 911 call at 1:51 p.m. outside Munoz Marin Elementary School, located at 633 Broadway, officials said.
