A man was involved in a road-rage incident in Jersey City earlier this year before shooting and killing the driver with whom he had the dispute, authorities allege.
Devon Reid, 39, was seated in the driver’s seat of a pickup truck with a gunshot wound in the neck after he crashed into a tree in the area of Old Bergen Road and Merritt Street around 4 p.m. on May 3.
