3 new tenants join N.J. shopping plaza amid multimillion-dollar redevelopment

West Orange Plaza is adding a medical spa, a fast-casual hibachi restaurant and a hot chicken eatery as part of an ongoing redevelopment that has attracted more than 33,000 square feet in new leases and future commitments.

The 298,000-square-foot shopping center, anchored by Whole Foods and located off Interstate 280 at Eagle Rock and Prospect avenues, recently announced that VIO Med Spa, Quickway Japanese Hibachi and Namkeen Hot Chicken Joint have signed leases at the property in Essex County.
