Lower Gwynedd woman, employee of New Jersey-based women’s and family health practice, has been indicted for health care fraud and other related crimes

Nataliya Lushchak, 48, of Lower Gwynedd, and Esney Davis-Sharpe, 63, of East Orange, New Jersey, have been indicted for health care fraud and other related crimes for allegedly illegally performing medical procedures.

Davis-Sharpe is the owner of Bessie Mae Women’s Health Center, a women’s and family health practice in East Orange, and Lushchak is an employee. Neither is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey.

Lushchak, who is allegedly enrolled as a medical student at Suburban Community Hospital in Norristown, was hired in 2021 as a practitioner at Bessie Mae. She and Davis-Sharpe allegedly performed gynecological services on patients…
