Faced with resident complaints and negative news coverage of its snowstorm response, Jersey City appears to be fighting back against two groups of bad actors.
According to Jersey City Communications Director Nathaniel Styer, as of Thursday, the city had issued over 300 summonses to business owners and landlords.
