So I’ll be honest, I’m not sure what the big deal is about Smash Burgers. And I don’t mean the actual restaurant, I mean the smashed style of burger, where a burger is thrown onto the griddle, and then pressed over and over again until the once large-sized patty is now about as thin as a penny.
That being said, smash burgers are all over the place, and people love the flavors that go with a smash burger, as well as all of the different options for toppings, buns, and sauce.
Personally, I like my burgers like I like my steaks: big, thick, and juicy, but that’s just me.
