At 2:41 a.m., officers responded to St. Michael’s Hospital at 111 Central Ave. after two ambulance workers said they were in the vehicle when a man approached, forcibly removed the driver and ordered the passenger to exit, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said.
