Pierson Commercial has completed the lease-up of nearly 30,000 square feet of retail space at Hahne & Co., the landmark project in downtown Newark by L+M Development Partners.
Anchored by Whole Foods, the property at 609 Broad St. has drawn a collection of national, regional and local tenants to a mix of street-level and interior units that became available after L+M’s adaptive reuse of the iconic but long-vacant Hahne’s department store building.
