Plane-related accidents are so rare but that doesn’t mean they don’t happen at all. For a flight that took off from New Jersey, passengers experienced what true terror felt like this past week. In a scary turn of events, their JetBlue plane endured engine failure and chaos broke out within minutes. One New York TikToker shares all the details, as she was on the flight at the time.
Carley (@carley_hannah) shared her story on TikTok after the scariest flight experience traveling from Newark to West Palm Beach. Carley was on JetBlue Flight 543 and, right off the bat, nothing seemed amiss. She was sitting in a window seat and was watching everything going on outside until they hit 10,000 feet. At that point, Carley said everybody heard a “huge boom” and the plane started shaking. Everybody started freaking out when they saw smoke and smelled a fire.
