Robert Braxton is charged with aggravated assault, animal cruelty and simple assault following dog attacks in both Hoboken and Secaucus, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller and Hoboken Police Chief Steven Aguiar said.
On Wednesday, Feb. 18, eight dogs were being walked by two dog walkers at the supermarket on Madison Street, when three unleashed Cane Corsos exited a nearby vehicle and launched an unprovoked attack on the leashed dogs, authorities said.
